THREE NEW SHAVES

FLAT IRON IN LIGNUM
One of the tools I make are spokeshaves which I started making in the early 70's . I was given a project of making a set of 3 back windsor chairs and being in California where I couldn't find a  travisher for carving the seats of the chairs, I decided to make my own and I've been making and perfecting the various shaves since.

COCOBOLO AND CURVED IRON
I used a very traditional style for these 3 shaves and the irons are the fitted tang. This is the most challenging shave to make but if you want to try I can send you an iron.
